POWFOX GmbH develops and distributes mobile phone charger boxes for use in gastronomy and retail. The Munich-based start-up and meanwhile successful company commissioned Ambright with the technical development of the equipment even before its foundation. In close coordination with the customer, the requirements were defined and the mechanical design refined. In the meantime, the third generation of the device, MFI-certified electronics developed for this purpose, is taking over the charge control and recognition of different mobile phones. Integrated, controllable lighting underlines the customer-specific branding.
In the prototype and pilot production phase, Ambright also took over the milling part production of the housings using its own machines. The production and supply of the price-sensitive electronic components is carried out in consideration of the most modern production processes and our own quality control.
